Being a volunteer is a great way to meet other SAC parents, share knowledge and skills, and collaborate on new ideas and initiatives. There are endless opportunities to help coordinate events that will enhance your son's experience at SAC. In fact, the success of our events relies on our parent volunteers. Mission Statement of the St. Andrew's College Parents Guild
The Parents Guild of St. Andrew's College is constituted to enhance student life in all its diversity, foster Andrean community spirit, and provide scholarship and bursary assistance to the current students of SAC.

NETWORK OF INDEPENDENT SCHOOL PARENTS’ ASSOCIATIONS OF ONTARIO (NISPA)
 NISPA, formerly known as Interguild, is an organization based in the Greater Toronto Area that facilitates networking and idea-sharing that our member Parent Associations and Guilds can use to move forward and work more effectively in their own school environment. Their mission is to foster communication and facilitate the collaborative sharing of ideas and information among CIS (Conference of Independent Schools) Parent Associations and Guilds.  Membership is open to the Parent Associations of all CIS Ontario schools.
 
Founded in 1991, NISPA endeavours to bring awareness to topics that impact all members and parents by hosting five annual events. These events focus on thought leadership and awareness generation as well as an event that showcases different suppliers for school shops and personalization items.

NISPA members are representatives from 35 Independent Schools based in Ontario who are also members of CIS Ontario.

PARENTS GUILD FEE

Membership in the Parents Guild is automatic for every parent. An annual fee of $45 per year per family helps defray some of the costs of events. For more information, please click here.
